- Rate of VAT to remain unchanged.
- Employment allowance to increase from £5,000 to £10,500 per annum.
- Minimum wage for over 21's to increase from £11.44 to £12.21 per hour.
- Minimum wage for 18 to 20 year olds to increase from £8.60 to £10.00 per hour.
- Minimum wage for apprentices and 16 to 17 year olds to increase from £6.40 to £7.55 per hour.
- Employer NIC will increase from 13.8% to 15%.
- The threshold at which employers NIC is paid will reduce from £9,100 to £5,000.
- Carers allowance will increase from £151 to £196 per week.
- The lower rate of capital gains tax will increase from 10% to 18%.
- The higher rate of capital gains tax will increase from 20% to 24%.
